and other securities ,and properties ,as be may deem advisable in- -
cluding stocks and unsecured obligations, undivided interests, in-
terests in investment trusts, common trust funds, mutual funds, -
leases, and property, which is outside-of my domicile, all without
diversification as to kind or amount without being restricted in - -
any way-by any statute or cqurt decision (now or hereafter existing)
regulating or limiting investments by fiduciaries.-
5. To:regis~er and carry. any property in his own name

or in the name of his nominee or to-hold it unregistered, but -
without thereby increasing or decreasing his liability as fiduciary. -
6. To sell or exercise any "rights" issued on any se-
curities held~in my-estate or_in any trust fund hereunder.
7. To hold two or more trusts or other funds in one or
more-consolidated funds, in which the separate trusts or-funds
shall have undivided interests. - - - -
8. To employ-accountants, attorneys, and such agents as-
he may deem advisable; to pay reasonable cQnpensation for theix _
services and to charge same. to income and principal as he-may deem
- proper. - -
- D. Upon the death of my wife (or upon my- death if she
shall not. survive me), the Personal Representative-Trustee shall - -
distribute the residue .of my estate as follows: -
1. To my nephew, EUGENE A. RAKE, forty (40$) per
dent.
2. To my nephew, EDWARD :K. SOLOMON, twenty-five
(25$) per cent.
3. To my-niece, MARY ELLEN WINSTON, twenty-five
(25$) per cent. -
_ 4. To my nephew, MICHAEL M. RAKE, ten (10$) per -
cent. -

I appoint my nephew, EUGENE A. RAKE, to be the Personal
