my said Personal Representative-Trustee with full power and author

which I may own at the time of my death at such time and price and
upon such terms and conditions (including credit) as he may deter=
mine and to do every other act or thing necessary or appropriate
to the complete administration of this Will, and direct that no
bond shall be required of him. If my nephew., 8ugene A. Rene shall
predecease me, or for-any reason shall fail to qualify as Personal
Representative-Trustee hereunder (or having qualified, shall die `
or resign) then, and in such event, I appoint EDWARD M.- SOLOMON. -
to be the Personal Representative-Trustee of my estate, and in such
