PTTITION FOR DISCHARGE OF ~ a -

The undersigned, as Guardian of the person and property of
-LUISE DUMAS, Incompetent, alleges:
.l. That the need for the continuation of this guardian-
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact that said Incompetent
died on the 16th day of -October 1979. -
2. That Petitioner files herewith a_Final return containing
a full and correct account of all receipts and disbursements of all _
-the Ward''s property of which Petitioner has control since the last re-
turn filed herein, if any, or from the commencement of the administra-
tion of this Guardianship if no prior ireturn has been filed, which re-
turn i-ncludes a-statement of the Ward's assets, -
3. Petitioner represents that the Incompetent has no -
,living spouse or heirs to be notified of the discharge of this Guardian-
ship; and under the Last Will and Testament of Incompetent, the Sun
Bank of St. Lucie County has been named Personal Representative and
Petitioner is furnishing a copy of this Petition upon the Sun Bank-of
St. Lucie County, as required under Rule 5.680.
- jiHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that :an order be entered
approving all accountings not previously _approved and discharging
Petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety~on Petitioner's bond,
if any, from further liability. -
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and that the facts alleged-'are ti=., to the best. of my know-
ledge aiid belief.
