THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Joint Petition for Order Approving Settlement-, and the Court
having considered the same, hearing stafiements of counsel, and -
being otherwise fully advised in the premises. it is hereby -
- ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the Joint Petition for Order
Approving Settlement is-granted and it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Negotiations for the settlement of this causes have
been conducted by~the parties hereto with diligence and.cantion
so to .advance thA interest of the Estate of STEPHEN J. POSLAIRO,
Deceased, and his surviving spouse and surviving, dependent children.
2. -The total sum of Three Thousand Dollars f;$3,400.00)
_ shall be paid, to KAREN ELIZABETH POSLAIRO, as Personal Representa-
tivf: of the Estate of STEPHEN J. POSLAIKO, Deceased; Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00} shall be gaid to KAREN ELIZAHETT POSLAIKO as
Guardian of the-Property of MICHAEL ALAN POSLAIKO: Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) shall be paid to KAREN. ELIZABETH POSLAIRO as
Guardian of the Property of MICHELLE A. POSLAIRO; and Seven
