STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMBATTT OF TRANSPORTATION as the Party of
the First Part and MR, EDGAR-A. BROWN, P. O. Box 4382, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, as Party of the Second Part; - -

WITNESSE-TH _
WHEREAS, the lagnd hereinafter described was heretofore
acquired for state highway purposes; and •
WHEREAS, said land is no longer required for such purposes,
and the Party of the First Part, by action .of the Secretary of
Transportation on November 13, 1979, pursuant to the pro~~isions of
Section .337.25, Florida Statutes, has agreed to quitclaim the land--
hereinafter described to the Party (Parties) of the Second Part;
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSET$: That the Party _
of the First .Part, for and in consideration of the premises a*:d the
sum of One Dollar and other valuable considerations to it paid by _
the Party (Parties) of the Second Part, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereb~? remise, release and quitclaim unto
the Party (Parties) of the Second Part, and aQCigns, forever, all
the right, title-and interest of the State of-Florida and/or the
State of Florida Department of Transportation to the property

THIS CONVEYANCE SS made subject to ary~unpaid taxes,
