- Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges

is sub3ect in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the candominiu~a
in which his-unit is located and 8xhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the 8y-laws of tha Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and -
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, aad all Anen~iments to the aforesaid De- .
claration and. Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of-the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and~is in the best interests aad far the benefit of _
all .the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels iti the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of s--aid Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and '
confirms and approves-all of the terns and provisions of said Declaration cf Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under-the e
Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
.are reasonable, fair and equitable,-and said_Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
-that the Declaratiori.of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property vwncr's Association- _
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed~to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Property-Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as-to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attaehed-there-
to, and the-common expenses and the sums due-under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty.ar guaranty is wade or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed.
