Purchaser, by acceptance and exPCUtion of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND ~
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium !
in whicTi his unit is located-and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not ~
limited to (whether the same are attached to the~Declaration of referred to
therein), tog By-laws of-the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and .
Regulationr~, copy of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
-plan of apartment purchased .by Purchaser, and ail Amendments to the afore-:aid~De-
claration and 8xhibits and the Articles o'~ Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser #
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
-every provision of .the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
, meat of the Condominium property and is in the best interests-and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels~in the~aforedescribed
Condominium-covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- _
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
conf~.rms and approves all of the terns and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium-and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the - -
t Property Owner's .Association dz~cenaents referred_to abc+ve and the previsions thereof
are reasonable,~fair and eq~:itabie, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Cohdoaiaium parcel being conveyed to -
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Govenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners~~Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominiua parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration-of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
- to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and c=.her charges are estimated only. No ,warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor ~aay one be relied except where the same is-specifically warranted or guaranteed
in_~.~.id Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits-attached thereto.
