- Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges ~
that this purchase of a condominiua unit at OCSM1 VILLAGB OF HUTC~iI::SO~i ISL4~iD
is sub3ect iit every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiuw
,in which his unit is located aad Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the saw~e are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the-Rules and
Regulstions; copy of projected uparating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan-of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid-De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, Ry=Lava and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; a_nd Purchaser
-further acknowledges-receipt tai and reading and examinativa of said beclaration, its
_ 8xhib±ts, and budget; sales brochure and floor plan,, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and .is ip the~bes interests aad for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed -
Condominiuu~ covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached. thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and-
confirms and. approves all of the terws and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ~
- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof ~
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges-and confirms
that the•Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the.Condominiua parcel-being conveyed. to
.Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration, of Covenants f
and-Restricitons of the Property O~+ners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the -
ahligations as to the Property Owner's Association as .to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties,_ representations and inducements, if any, are -
_ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits. attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nvr may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. -
