- While I agree that there is sufficient evidence
in the record to support the trial court's order of -
- modification, I believe the-evidence as to the substantial -
disparity in the financial positions of-the parties required
that-the former wife b~ awarded attorney's-fees and hence
I would reverse for that purpose. -
