MORTGAGE EX~ENSI4N AGRERMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 9~ day of November, 1979, by
and between DALB V. COLEAN and MARLBNE COLEAN, his wife -
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors" and SUN BANR OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with its princi- -
pal place of business at-111 Orange Avenue, Fart Pierce.
Florida, 33450, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee",
W I T N E S S B T H:
- WHEREAS .on the 14th day of August, 1979, Mortgagors - -
borrowed the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from
Mortgagee ana executed and delivered to Mortgagee-their
promissory note~for said amount payable in consecutive
monthly installments of Six.Hundred Nine Dollars and 14/100
($609.14) each commencing. on November 1, 1979 until October
1, 1999 whereupon the entire unpaid balance of principal and
-accr.ued interest shall become-due and payable; and
WHEREAS the indebtedness evidenced by- the aforementioned

Sixty Thousand Dollar ($60,000.00) promissory note is~secured
by.a first mortgage given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee on~cer-

tain lands in'St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows: -
- A portion of-Lot 15, Block 4, Section 12, Township 37
South, Range 40 Ehst of ST. LUCIE GARDENS as. recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 35, Public Records of St. Lucie - _

follows:
Commencing at the Northeast. corner of said Lot 15,
thence South along the Bast-line of said Lot 15-for a-_
• distance of 240 feet to the point of beginning, .thence
Westerly to a point on the East right-of-way of U. S.
Highway No. 1, said point being-300 feet South (as
~ measured along East right-of-way) of the intersection of - -
the North "line of said Lot 15, and the East right-of-way
