314, Paae 2024 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida; and -
UfHBRB1IS Mortgagors have requested Mortgagee-to extend .
.the due day of the first ~ont6ly instalLaent until the first
day of February, 1980 and to extend .the maturity date until
the first day of-January, 2000; and
WHBREAS lbrtgagee is agreeable to such extension= and
- idHSRB~lS Mortgagors -are the present owners of the above- -
described lands] _
NOf~I, THSRSFORS, in consideration of the premises,-the
- mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, and the sum of Ten -
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable-consideration, the .
parties hereto agree as -follow:
1._ The Mortgagors represent and warrant that they are
the owners of the above-described~iands and that there are nc
liens or encumbrances on said lands (other than. the above- -
- ~ -
described mortgage) except real estate-taxes accruing subse-

j _ quent to December 31, 1978.
~ ~ 2.- The initial monthly payment of-the above-described -
promissory shall be due and. payable on February 1, X980 and
the maturity date of the aforesaid promissory .note and wort-
- gage is hereby extended from October 1, 1999 until January 1,
2000. -
- 3. Except as hereby modified, all the terms and conai-
tions of the aforementioned proaissory note and-mortgage ace
hereby ratified, confirmed and approved. -

4. -l~lothing contained herein shall be construed to -
impair the security of Mortgagee under ti,e aforementioned
