from-the averments in the Petition that:
1-. DORA BBLLE HOL~IAN is the sole Legatee under. the-Will
of the Decedent . - ~ .
2. DORA BELLE HOLMAN is sui juris anti nas-waived filing
of annual accountings, a final accounting, and -::=e publication -

II - of notice by an instrument in writing that has been filed with
this Court . -
' 3. .That DORA BELLE HOLMAN, as Executrix of the Lstate, has _
{ performed all acts necessary and proper in the administration of -

the Estate and is entitled-to discharge upon making-distribution
and filing satisfactory evidence of. that distribution.
4. No-objections having been filed, it is therefore, upon
consideration, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DORA EELLE HQLMAN is the sole
Legatee under the Will of B. L. HOLMAN. It is further -
ORDERED AND- ADJUDGED that pursuant -to the consent of the
beneficiary as stated above, DORA BELLE HOLMAN-is authorized and

directed to distribute-and to surrender, transfer and assign all -

of the assets, both real and personal, of the Estate of B. L.
- HOLMAN to: L)ORA BELLS HOLMAN. Upon the f i .ng of satisfactory
evidence that distribution has been made as directed, an Order
