This cause having come on before this Court for
consideration of. the petition of The First National Bank of
Clearwater, as Trustee of the Marital Trust and Residual Trust
under the Last Will and Testament of Herbert J. Wasson, deceased. -
It~agpearing to the Court after consideration of the
petition of The First National Bank of Clearwater as Trustee and
of the Exhibits attached thereto, that strong and compelling -
reasons have been shown, supporting Petitioner's prayer for -
authority to sell the undivided one half interest in-the _
. Holman-Wasson Grove No. 5. Joinders and consents to the
'i petition for_sale of this trust property signed by Marguerite
~ - - ~ -
- Anaker Wasson, as beneficiary under the Ma-rital and Residual
_ - -
.Trusts and of Joseph H. Wasson and Marcella Wasson Pearson,
~ as beneficiaries in default of exercise of a power of appoint- -
_ ment in-the Marital Trust and vested: residuary beneficiaries
of the Residuary Trust, and of the Shrine School for Crippled
Children, Memphis, Tennessee, as contingent residuarybeneficiary
of both the Marital and Residual Trusts, have been filed with -
this Court, consenting to the sale, and joining in the petition
_ fur aUproval of the Land Contract- and foX authority to sell.
The Court-therefore finds that the Land~Contract~to sell said

real property interest•to H. R. Holman and Dora B. Holman for
~ .$119,900.00 should be approved and the Trustee of each trust
