authorize3 to convey its percentage interest in the undivided
one half interest in Holman-Wasson Grove No. 5. It is there-
fore, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the-Land Contract dated -
June 20, 1974 with H, R. Holman and-Dora B. Holman, his mother, i
as Vendees, and Petitioner,~as Vendor, is hereby approved; and
the Petitioner as Trustee of the-Marital Trust is authorized
to convey its 24.794 ger cent interest, and Petitioner as
Trustee of the Residual Trust is authorized to .convey its
75.206_per cent interest in the undivided one half interest -
in said .real property, more properly described as follows:

From the Southwest corner of the East three-quarters _
(3/4) of the Northeast quarter of Section 4,-Township 35

North a distance of 35 feet to a concrete monument for- -
the Point of Beginning at-the inter-section of the West
