to the-continuance of the trial of the above matter presently scheduled
for February 11, 1980, at 9:30 A.M.; on the grounds that counsel for
the Plaintiff and counsel for the Defendant-PETERMAN will be out of
the State of Florida on that date and will be so until February 18, 1980.
