-PETITION TO SST ASIDE HOMESTEAD REAL ESTATE
- The Petition of Anne Sanderson iespect-fully shows:
1. Walter H. Sanderson died testate a resident of
St.-Lucie County, Florida, on November- 27, 1979, owning
land in St. Lucie County described in the Exhibit attached -
-hereto. -
2. - The aforementioned parcel of real property consists
of approximately five (5) acres and is-not located within -
any municipality.- -
3-. At-the time of decedent's death, he resided on the _
property as-the head_of a family consisting of decedent and

his wife, Anne Sanderson.- - -

4. The decedent died without any descendants surviving.
5. Petitioner believes and therefore alleges that the
aforementioned real property constitutes homestead real
- property within the meaning of Article X, S4 of the Floriaa
Constitution, and decedent being survived by a surviving spouse - -
and no descendants, and said propery-not being specifically _
devised by will, it descends as provided in Florida Probate
Code 732.402 to Petition in fee simple. - -
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that this Court will enter
an Order finding the-aforementioned parcel of real property
to be homesteatd property aNd-that it descends to Petitioner }
