This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the
verified Petition of ANNE SANDERSON to Set Aside Pfoperty
as homestead property and it appearing to the Court as
follows:

1. .Walter H. Sanderson died owning a parcel of
real-property located in St. Lucie County, but not within
a minicipality, consisting of approximately five (5) acres.
At the time of his death he was domiciled on it and was the
head of the family consisting of himself and his wife,
Anne Sanderson.- - -

2.- Decedent had no lineal-descendants at the time
of his death,
IT IS, THEREUPON, ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. That certain parcel of real property described in

-the Exhibit attached hereto constituted the homestead
property of Walter H. Sanderson at the time of his death. _
2. Walter H. Sanderson being survived only by his
wife, Anne Sanderson, and no descends~t and the homestead
-not being specifically devised, it passes under the provisions
~ of Florida-Probate Code 732.401 to_Anne Sanderson in fee
simple as the surviving spouse of said Decedent. -
