WILLIAM ~R. HEILE
I, undersigned WILLIAM R. HEILE, presently residing
in Morris County, New Jersey, being-of sound and-disposing mind,
herewith make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
meet and hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills at_any time here=
tofore made by me. -
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses .
shall be paid as soon as practicable after my death. -
SECOND: In the event I am survived by my daughter Elizabeth
M. Heile, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re- -
mainder of my property, real and. personal, and wheresoever situated, -
to my Trustee, hereinafter named, IN TRUST NEVERI'}!ELESS, for the
following uses-and purposes: -
To hold, invest and reinvest the same, collect the income -
therefrom and pay over the net income to or for the use and benefit
of my daughter, Elizabeth M. Heile, during her life, and also to
pay to her or apply-for her use and benefit such of the principal of
this trust as the.Trustee shall, in its sole and absolute discretion,
deem appropriate or advisable#or her support and maintenance a*:d to
meet any extraordinary medical or.other care. In the exercise of
this power to invade the corpus, the Trustee-shall take into con- _
sidezation other funds and sources of funds for the care and mainte-
nance and welfare -of ary -said daughter.
_ ..Upon the death of my said daughter ar upon my death if she
should predecease me, the then remaining or-existing corpus of this
trust shall be paid over .and distributed to my then living nephews
