the trust, and the life tenant or her mother er a duly appointed
guardian, if any, or the remaindermen, shall have the full~~power to
settle finally any such account and to release the fiduciaries or ~ .

ibility or accountability from acts or omissions as such for the. -

period of such account. Such settlement and r-elease shall be bind-
ing upon the life tenant, remaindermen and other interested parties,
whether- or .not under any legal disability, and shall have the force
and effect of a final decree, judgment or order of a court of com-,
petent jurisdiction rendered in an appropriate. action or proceeding-
for an accounting in,whi~,h jurisdiction was had and obtained of all

the Executors or Executor or the Trustee from having ain account
judicially settled, if the said fiduciaries or-fiduciary shall so .

EIGHTH: I have purposely made no provision ~in this instrument
for any benefit to my wife Elizabeth~D: Heile, she having been a
signatory to the certain property settlement agreement. between-me .
and her-dated January 26, 1971. It is the;_intent and purpose of~the
trust hereinabove created for the benefit~of our daughter, Elizabeth
M. Heile, that the latter shall have.~th~e full benefit, during her_
