predecease me, or after my death die durinb the_~ife of my said
daughter, I nominate and appoint my sister, ANNA RILEY, presently
of Long Valley, New Jersey, as U~ardian of the person and property
- of my daughter Elizabeth M. Heile; in the event it should be neces-
=sary or appropriate to have .such a fiduciary appointed, I direct
that no bond or other security shall be required for__the faithful
performance of the duties by said Guardian. -
TENTH: 'My F~cecutors and the Trustee hereunder are, in addi-
tion to all other powers conferred by law, and with respect to any
and all property, that shall form a part of my-estate and the_trust
herein created, hereby authorized to take such action and perform
such functions as they or he or it, as -the case may be, shall deem
appropriate in their respective discretion, as conferred pursuant
to New Jersey Statutes 3A;6-16.2. -
Upon the ,Trustee hereunder making any payment of
income or .from corpus for the use or benefit.of my said daughter
' .during her life, -I direct that -a receipt of such by payee shall be ~ -
acomplete discharge-to the-said Trustee by said payee, and the-
application thereof. by said payee .shall not be the responsibilitS-
of or charge upon said Trustee. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have unto this my Last Will
and Testament hereunto subscribed my name and set my seal on this
30th day of July, 1975: -
