I, AGNES JAMS R$HARD, a citizen and resident of St. -
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and
- memory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils
thereto by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make,- -
publish and declare this instrument to be my-Last Will-and
Testament . - - -
- - I.
I will and direct that all of my-just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon
as practicable after my death.
- II.
I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and -
remainder of my estate, including property over which I have
a power of appointment, unto my beloved sons, HERBERT P. COOK,
- of Martin's Ferry, Ohio, and JA1!H;S F. COOK, of Pittsburgh, -
Pennsylvania, share and share alike. -

- I direct that HERBERT P. COOK be named personal•repre-
sentative of my estate to serve withcut bond; and I hereby
- -
give and grant-unto my personal representative full right and
-power to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell-, convey, mortgage,
- pledge and lease all or any .portion. of my property, whether
- _real, personal-or mixed, tangible or intangible, wherever situat ,
of which I may die seized or t~ossessed;-and I further-give
and grant to my personal representative the right to otherwise

and upon such terms or conditions as he may see fit, and the -
