SUBrJRDINATION AGREEMI3NT -
JOHN- A. ROSCHt~IA.~i, as Trustee, hereinafter called the
"Mortgagee", declares he is the owner and holder of that
mortgage dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official
Records Book 300, page 2107, public-records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, which mortgage encumbers those lands described
in the attached Exhibit A, plus otheL lands, to which said
mortgage reference is hereby made for a more detailed description
thereof. - - -
In consideration of the payments to be made to the
Mortgagee and-other good and valuable consideration, said
- Mortgagee does hereby subordinate thah part of his aforesaid
mortgage, encumbering those lands described in Exhibit A
attached- hereto, to the making, execution and recording of
the Declaration of Condominium of. SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM
- A, and Mortgagee agrees that in lieu. of the lands described
in Exhibit A attached hereto, the lien of his mortgage shall, -
be upon the following described property in St. Lucie County, -
Florida: - -
~All of the Condominium units in SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
CONDOMINIUM A, according to-the Declaration of Condomini~n
_ thereof recorded simultaneously herewith_in the public
' -records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - - -
- Together with all of the appurtenances to the units
- including but not limited to all of the undivided - _
shares in the common elements. -

Section 718.104(3), Florida Statutes.
