- WHEREIN,. the Developer makes the following Amendment
to the Declaration .of Condominium of .Sand Dollar Villas Condo-
minium A, to which this Amendment is attached and recorded in
the Official Records. of St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: -
1. That pursuant to Section 5.3 of said Declaration
of Condominium ,the Certificate of Surveyor attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" is hereby filed due to"the fact Ghat substantial
completion of construction of the condominium-has taken place.

fies "the facts required by Section ~ 1.8.104 (4) (e.) , Florida Statutes .
