THIS CAUSE coming on for-hearing this 28th day of January,
'1980, upon the Motion for Protective Order filed on behalf of
the Defendant, and the Court having.heard arqument_of wunsel _
and having heard argument of the Plaintiffs representinq~ ,
themselves, and being otherwise duly advised in-the premises, -
it is upon consideration -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Protective order
be and the same-is hereby granted, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, FLORIDA
BANK AT FORT PIERCE shall furnish to the Plaintiffs the records
it has on the Poweleit's checking account which was opea -
. approximately seven (7~ months, and that the Defendant shall
_ also furnish copies of all contracts or docwoents dEalinq with
the Poweleits and that said bank furnish copies, if the originals
are not available or~are already filed in evidence in other cases,
and that the Defendant furnish-copies of correspo~ence with-the
FDIC that pertains to .the Poweleits, and that-this material be
- furnished by-the Bank to the Poweleits within thirty (30) days -
~ from the date of this Order, and that no other items requested
in the document entitled "Notice of Oral Deposition" dated
iG January 4, 1980, be~furnished by the Defendant to the Plaiatiff_
