his cause having caome on this day for h~a?,ting on plaintiff's
motion for judgment on the pleadings-pursuant to plaintiff's
eomplaint.and the evidence offered in support of such .complaint,
aad the Court having noted that due and legal. service of process
has been had upari Yorktown Construction Corporation, a Florida
corporation; Joseph Piazza and Lucy Piazza, his wife; Lone Star
Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation; Tropic Air of Fort Pierce,
Inc., a Florida corporation, and C. L. Norwell-, the duly elected
Sheriff~of St. Lucie County, Florida, each of the defendants herein;
that answers have been filed herein by the defendants Lone Star
Florida, Inc., a Florida corporation; Joseph Piazza and Lucy Piazza,
his wife;_and C. L. Norwell, the duty elected Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida; that a default has been ente*:ed herein against -
the defendants "Yorktvwn~Construction Corporation, a Florida
corporation, and ,Tropic Air of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida
corporation, for their failure to serve-any papers on the plaintiff
or to file any papers as required by Iaw, and the Court being
folly advised in the pre~tises, it-is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJODC~ED as follows: - _
.1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
each -and every of the defendants herein; that the defaults- -
