of Fort Pierca, Inc., a Florida corporation, are hereby~ratiffed
and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject
matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations -
cantained_in the compla;nt have been proved by competent evidence
- and the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff. -
2. That the mortgage sued upon by the-plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter
described .and the mortgage-is in default as alleged in the complaint.
3. -That-the reasonable fee for-services rendered by the ~ -
attorney ,f'o~r the plaintiff in this cause is in-the amount of
