ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Recusai is denied; -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Strike the Pleadings
and Dissolve the Lis Pendens is granted. The Plaintiffs shall have
20 days from the date of this Order to amend the Complaint. -

The Court having struck the pleadings of the Plaintiffs, it shall
not~be necessary to address the remaining Motions.
