WHBRBAS, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce,
has been requested to vacate and abandon an alleyway running _
- north and-south in Black 8 of Fort Pierce Heights Subdivision,
and an alleyway running east- and west between 26th Street and
27th Street between Block 4 and-Block 8 of Fort Pierce 'Heights
Subdivision, all lying in the North i/2 of .Section 8, Township
