-The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within ~5 days of the-due.
date., the payments-called for in the. first and second mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its
office or some- other place as designated by .the MORTGAGEE
herein. -
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall 8t the r~queat of the MORTGAGEE
h~:-~in; acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided
for-this purpose by the ~IQRTGAGE$.hgrein.
(3) This is a PURCHASE MONEY THIRD MORTGAGE. - ~ -
(4) Upon request by_the MORTGAGOR herein, the MOHIGAGEE herein, at
its option, within twenty (20) years from the-date of this
mortgage may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein.
Such future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured
by this mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating
- that said notes are secured hereby. At no-time shall the
principal amount of indebtedness secured by this mortgage,-not
including proper sums advanced to protect the security of this
mortgage, exceed the original amount of the r.~te secured by
this mortgage plus U.S. $1,000.00-.
