This conveyance is made subject to (i) conditions,~restrictions, limitations and easements of
record, if any, but this provision shall not operate to re-impose the same;.(ii) the said
Declaration as amended and exhibits attached thereto including the Articles of Incor9oration and
By-Laws of Hutchinson Island Club Condominitm Association, Inc. annexed to said Declaration; and
(iii) Restrictive Covenants dated January 11, 1974, recorded i,-t O.R. Book 222, Page 2794 of-said
