THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Motion of ttie Defendants for Compulsory Physical Examin-
ation of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff's Motion for
Protective. Order,-and the Court, having considered-the same, -
hearing arguments of counsel-, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premisea~, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs shall sz:bmi.t to a physical
examination by Dr. James Cain, at his office at_the Medical
Arts Building, 1300 36th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, at a
time reasonably convenient to the Plaintiff and Dr. Cain.
2~. That if,for-any reason, Dr. Cain is unable -
or unwilling to perform the medical examination upon the
Plaintiff, CABBIE REID, then, in that event, Dr. Daniel
Stalker, shall perform the physical examination ordered
herein, at his office at 931 E. Ocean Boulevard, Stuart,
Florida. - -
3., In the event that neither Dr. Cain nor Dr. -
Stalker are able to perform the physical examination ordered
reL.~in, then, in that event, the following physicians, in
,following preferred sequence, shall perform the examination:
