tenances thereto belonging. and the refits, issues and profit.~s thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee aim-

AND the mortgagor covenants with tre mortgagee that the mortgagor is indefeasibly seized
of said land in fee simple; that the mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey said

. thereof, and of this mortgage, then thin mortgage and the estate hereby created, shall cease, de-
