ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:- _
- 1. That the Plaintiff, hTILLIE R.. BRUNSON, submit to
a physical examination by Dr. Groben promptly on a day
and hour to be obtained -by the Defendants.. Said_examination
to be of such-a nature_as is necessary to .determine the
extent-.and nature of injuries allegedly sustained by-the
Plaintiff at the time and place and on~the.occasion mentioned
in the complaint .filed. in this case. -

2. That the results of this examination shall be -
reported by said doctor to the Defendants in writing in -
a detailed manner setting out his findings and_conclusions.
If requested. by Plaintiff, Defendants, shah. promptly
furnish Plaintiff with a copy of such report and Plaintiff _ _
shall thereupon-or thereafter as the case may be., promptly
furnish Defendants with.a like report or-reports-of examina-
tion relating to the same injuries previously or thereafter
made by any. other physician. -
3. The cost of said examination in the first instance
shall-be borne by the Defendants, subject to being taxed
in accordance with the outcome of this cause.
