THIS. CAUSE came on to be heard upon a. Motion For Judgment -
•On The Pleadings; Upon the ~?rgument of counsel, the Complaint and
exhibits attached thereto and-incorporated therein, the Answer-

. and Affirmative Defenses plead by Defendant JAMES COPFOLA, and ~
Plaintiffs' reply thereto, and the Court bzing otherwise fully .
' advised in the premises, the Court finds that:
_ 1. JAMES COPPOLA is~not now and has not been a partner
of the Coppola Company s~.nce-May 13, 1977, at which-time an agree-.
. ment and plan of reorganization was entered into between himself, s.
GEORGE COPPOLA and IDA~COPPOLA. - - -
2. Pursuant to the-said agreement and_plan of reorgan--
ization~any and all interest JAMES COPPOLA-had in the Coppola_
- -
- .Company partnership was eliminated and removed. _

3. -Since May 13, 1977-, and through the-date hereof JAMES
COPPOLA has had no Legal or equitable interest in the Coppola Com-
pany or in any property, real or personal,. in which said Coppola
Company holds an interest; the--refore, JAMES COPPOLA is not liable
,for any debts or obligations of said partnership.
. 4. Based upon-the foregoing and upon the. Exhibits attached
to Plaintiffs' Complaint and-incorporated therein the Covrt further
finds that~it is only necessary to have either. GEORGE or IDA COPPOLA
exec~ite instruments in connection with the purchase or• sale of
real, property in order to bind the Coppola Company.
Thereupon, it is hereby - - - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that .
