pursuant hereto. or pursuant to the said "Agreement" of fly 20,
1966 or the.fruits, rentals or-proeeeds that isay be derived there-
fros-or by virtue of any policy of insurance-thereon, or otherwieef
but that they hold all of the same IB TRUBT for, first, the Rene-
ficiarlee hereof and, second, for the Grantors hereof, 1A order
that the purposes and intent •of the said "Agreement" of J1ily 20, ~ -
1966 may be fulfilled.
- - 2. The Grantors, therefore, direct the Trustees to do
every~hing within their ability to carry out and fulfill,- as ex-
peditiously as may be-, the undertakings set forth in said "Agreement"
of fly 20, 1966, and to that end Grantors authorize the Trustees- _
to and Trustees agree that they will carry out and perform-such- _ •
instructions as may be given to them by the Beneficiaries hereof.
without regard to what such instructions may be, t1~e=e being no_
discretion whatever on the part of~ the Trustees in-this regard.-
- - 3. In order to carry a.:t and perfons- the duties enjoined
Ii upon them herein, the Grantors hereby confer upon Trustees the

following powers: - - -

- a) To acquire, hold, buy, sell, option,
lease (including for terms-extending beyond -
the term of the Trust), exchange, tr-ansfer, _ -
mortgage or otherwise encumber, cornet', or
otherwise dispose of real and personal property
for or of the trust estate, for such prices and
upon such terms and.-conditions as the Benefici-
aries may direct in their absolute discretioa,
to the same extent and wit~+ life effect. as if
. the Grantors had executed and acknowledged such -
conveyances, leases, transfers, mortgages or
other instruments.
b) To borrow money when and as directed by '
the Beneficiaries, whether for the Care, opera-
_tion, maintenance, administration, or preserves- -
tion of the trust estate, or to the best interest
of the Beneficiaries thereof, or otherwise, and ~
