pressiy authorized and empowered to deliver
to the person, firm or corporation, fsom whom
funds may be borrowed, a promissory note, bond, _
or other sutch evidence of indebtedness as the
Beneficiaries -may direct, and to' execute' and ~de-
_ liver aucb pledgee or mortgages or deeds of -
trust to-secure repayment thereof as the Bene-
-fiaiarie• may direct.- -
- c)~ To pay all taxes, costa of administra-
tion, rents, expenses-of whatsoever character,
- - interest, debts and compensation to the Trustees.
- ~ d) To employ attorneys, brokers, account-
. ants, agents,. and clerks, agd to cgapensate them _
for serviees:rendered to the Trustees and~to-the
Beneficiaries or in connection i~tith the trust' _
estate.-
- e) To pay all taxes and assessments of
every-kind or character levied or imposed vlpoa ~ .
the trust estate,-or the income or:sales there- -
_ from, or upon the Trustees, by-reason of -said -

f) To insure all properties of the Trust '

surance against any and all liability for damages
that-may be incurred by the Trustees, the Grantors
- and Beneficiaries, and•to pay the premiums therefor.

of properties of the Trust.- - -
i) - To perform_ the terms of .existing or
future mortgages.or deeds of trust encumbering _ _ -

j) To pay-all claims and demands against
Grantors, which the Beneficiaries in the exercise
of their absolute discretion, determine should be' -
