k) To do and perform everything necessary
or desirable to carry out the provisions hereof - - ~

1) In addition, to have, possess, exercise
and enjoy all the powers conferred upon Trustees
generally by the laws of the several states wherein _t
properties of the Trust may at any time be located. -
- 4. The powers herein conferred upon the Trustees shall "
- be liberally construed in every instance to effectuate the pwcposes

- - of the said "Agreement" of .71~t1y 20, 1966. The .grant of a specific
power shall not be construed in any case to limit or restiict a
more general power. -
-In the event of the resignation, death, inability or
refusal to act of either of the Trustees herein named, then any
vacancy in office occasioned thereby shall be filled by the appoint-
meet of-a successor trustee or trustees, selected and designated
in writing-by the Beneficiaries. - 3
- ~ 6. The Trustees and the Beneficiaries shall have no

individual liability or obligation whatsoever arising from their

ownership as trustees hereunder of the legal title to the trust
property or with any .respect to any act done or not done or con-
tract entered into or indebtedness incurred in relation to the
trust property or in otherwise acting hereunder.
7. The net proceeds of sales, leases, rentals and other
business operations conducted by the Trustees shall be from time _
to time ae the Beneficiaries may request and direct, paid over to .
said Beneficiaries as their interests shall appear. ~ - -
8. This trust shall terminate upon the happening•of
whichever of the following events shall first occur:
