THIS CONTRACT is entered into thisa~day of

hereinafter referred to as "Sellers", and REGINALD DALE FURTAH,

Lucie, Florida hereinafter referred to as -"Buyers". - ~ -
WHEREAS, the Sellers _are the owners of certain

Plat thereof as recorded in Plat-Book 16; Page 37 and 37A through

having erected thereon a dwelling known as: 291 NE Solids Circle

~ furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers

as follows: -

- the sum of FORTY THOUSAND-AND NO/100 ($40,000.00) DOLLARS.
2. The sum of SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100
x$7,000.00) DOLLARS has been paid as a down payment by the Buyers-
to the Sellers prior to or simultaneously with the execution of
- this-Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by
the Sellers. This sum is being held by FLORIDA HOME FINDERS,
. INC., as Escrow Agent.
3. The balance of the purchase .price in the sum
