be at ~ the offices of HAROLD H. GOLD!!IAN, ESQUIRE, 8028 South -
Federal Highway, Port St.-Lucie, Florida 33452; on or about
- Janusiy 31, 1980 at 10:00 A.!!.. At the time of the closing
Sellers shall be responsible for the docu~.entary stamps necessary
to be affixed to this Agreement, all real estate commissions, tax
- prorations to the date of closing and one-half (1/2) of all legal:
fees in connection with the preparation of this document .and -
_ closing fees, and the payment and discharge of 'a11-liens on said
property with the esception of the first mortgage hereinabove
recited. Buyers shall be responsible for the payment of the
recording of this Agreement, one-half (1/2) of all legal fees in
connection with the preparation of this document and closing -
fees, and title insurance: ~ _
