C. An easement in common with the owners of the other -
Dwelling Units for ingress and egress on all private roads, drive-
ways-; walks and parking areas that are part of the Common Area the

Dwelling Unit owners agree that the private roads shalt serve as
ingress and egress ~to and for all undeveloped areas which are _
