- .ARCHITECTURAL AND RELATED RULES AND REGULATIONS
A. Exterior Color Plan. The Committee shall have final
_approval of all exterior co_lar plans and each Owner must submit
to the Committee a color plan showing any pl-anned change o-f .the
color of the-roof, exterior walls, shutters, trims, etc.- The
- Committee shall consider the extent to which the color plan is
consistent with the Dwelling Units-in the surrounding areas and
the extent to which the color-plan conforms with.-the natural color
scheme of-and for "Tarpon Bay~Villas". -
6. Temporary Structures and Garages. No structure of
a temporary character, trailer, basement, test, shack-, garage,
barn o_r other outi~uilding_ shaT~ be used- or. any lot a-t any time as
a residence, either ±aMporarily or permanently.- -
~ C. Alteration. No substantial alteration or remodeling -

D. Si n. No .sign of any kind shall be displayed to the
public view on any Parcel except far-the following:
(1) The exclusive sales agent far the original -
builder of a Dwelling Unit on any Parcel(s) may place one pro-
- fessional sign advertising the property for sale.
(-2) Dwelling Unit Owners shall not display or elate -
- any sign of any character including "for rent" or "for sale"
signs except tha~~ a sign displaying the word "open", not to
exceed five square feet, may be displayed during any-time the
Dwelling Unit owner or his designated rearesentative is in-
attendance. _
E. Trees. No tree or shrub, the trunk of which exceeds
