K. Utility Connections. Building connections for all
uti 1 i ti es, i ncl udi ng, but not 1 i mi ted to, water, electricity,
telephone and televi-lion shall be run underground from the
proper connecting points to .the building structure i~ such ~ -
a manner to be acceptable to the governing utility authority.
L. Antenna and Aerials.-No radio or television
.installation or other wiring shall be made without the written
consent of the Association, No antenna or aerial shall be
erected or installed on_ the.-roof or exterior walls of any
building. Any said antenna or aerial is liable to removal
without notice. and at the cost of the Dwelling Unit Owner .
for whose benefit the installation was made. -
M. Animals. No animals, livestock or poultry of
any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Parcel exept
that dogs, cats or other household pets may be kept, pro- -
vided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any _
commercial purpose. - _ _ -

N. Offensive Activities. No activities shall be per- _ _
mitted that will be injurious, offensive, or disturbing to
the occupants of adjacent premises by reason of the emmission
or creation of noise, vibration, smoke, dust, toxic or nauseous
waste materials, odors, fire and explosive hazards or glare.
0. Parking. -
- (i) An owner or occupant of a Dwelling Unit shall-
not be permitted to park, cause to be parked, Qr allow to be
parked on The ..Property, any-bus, pole trailer, semi-trailer, - -
recreational vehicle, truck exceeding 18 feet in_length and one
ton rated capacity, motorcycle, boats or-boat~traiier, and or
truck tractor for a period exceeding one (1) hour in any twenty-
~ four hour period.
(ii) The restrictions of Paragraph 0. -above shall
not apply to the temporary parking of ssach vehicles whereon
construction is underway, for which a current and valid auilding -
