Thereupon, a meeting of the affected Dwelling - Unit Owners shall be called by the Association to be held-not later than sixty (60) days after-the casualty to determine-the wishes of these Owners with reference to the abandonment of the building(s), subject to the following. ~(i) -If the net insurance proceeds available for restoration and repair, together with the f--ands advanced by Dwelling Unit Owners to replaceinsurance proceeds paid over- to- - -Institutional Mortgagees, are sufficient to cover the cost there- ~of, so that _no -special assessment is- required-, then the building - shall be restored and repaired unless all of the Dwelling Unit - - s _ .
