7. Amendment. This Declaration may be amended at any

.time and from time to .time upon the execution and recordation
of an instrument executed by Owners holding not less than
seventy-five ("5) percent Qf the voting interests of the -

membership, However, so long as -Developer is the owner of any
Parcel or Dwelling Unit-affected by t-his Declaration or amend- -
ment hereto, or has the power to appoint Directors, or for a -
. period of-five_(5-) years from the date of the recording- in the
Public Records .of St~• Lucie County, Florida of this Oeclara-
tion of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements whichever event
first occurs, no amendment will be effective without Developer's
express written joinder and consent. Amendments shall not ad-
versely pre3udice the interest of any mortgage of record.
8._ Removal of Restrictions on any Parcel. After the .
last Dwelling Unit to be_constructed has been sold, the restric- _
tions on any- Parcel -in the subdivision may be removed -only by -
wri tten consent, duly acknowledged- and_-;r-ecorded, of grantor, {
-its successors or assigns and the unanimous written consent,- _
duly acknowledged and recorded, of all the--other owners of

9. Usage. Mhenever used, the s-ingular shall include _
the plural and the singular, and the use of any gender shall
