NAME _
_ The name of this ,Association is The Tarpon Bay Yillas
Homeowners Association, Inc. -
. ARTICLE II ~ - -
DEFINITIONS - _
All terms used herein which-are defined in the Declar-
a n on of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Tarpon Bay
Villas homes-shall be .used herein with the same meanings as de-
fined in said Declaration. ~

ARTICLE III
- OFFICE -
- _ The principal office of the -Association shall be

ARTICLE IY
MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND VOTI-NG
A. Membership in the Association is limited to Owners
of Dwelling Units i n .Tarpon ~ Bay Villas and membershi p i s ~i-vi ded .
-into two classes as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
Transfer of ownership of Dwelling Unit, whether voluntarily =
- or by operation of l aw, sha 11 terminate .the transferor's ri ght-
~to vote with regard to that unit and_if ownership of-a unit _ _
is not retai-ned, membership .in the Association is termi~3ted.
B. Each member of the Association shall be entitled .
to-one vote for each Dwelling Unit owned by the member. Nhen

persons shall be members, and the one vote shall be exercfised
by the."voting member" selected. by the co»owners as they may
determine, but in no even t. shall more than one `vote be cast
