be dispensed with. The Board of Directors shall also, in like
manner, call a special meeting of Members whenever so requested
- in writing by-Members representing not less than a majority. o.f
the Members of the Association. The President may in his dis-
- cretion call a special meeting of Members upon ten (101 days -
notice. No business other than--that specified in the call for
,the meeting, shat] be transacted at any meeting of the Members,
except upon the unanimous consent of all the Members entitled

E. Proxy. Votes may be cast in person or by proxy.

- the particular meeting designated. therein. Where a Unit is owned -

of- them as a voting member, a proxy must be signed by both -
- husband and wife where a third person is c!esignated as proxy.-
F. -Validation. 4then Members who hot d four-fifths
(4/5) of the voting-stock having the right and entitled to
vote at any meeting-shall be present at such- meeting, however
called or notified, and shall sign a written consent thzreto
on the record of the meeting, the-acts of such meeting shall
be as valid as if legal-1y called and notified. Notice of
such action shall be given to all members, unless all members
approve such action. - -
G. Adjourned Meeting. if any meeting- of members
lacks a quorum of voting members, either in person or by proxy,.
the meeting may be adjourned from time to time until a quorum is
present.
