The Vice-President shall -take the. place of the President, perform all of h-is duties Whenever . • the President shall be absent,or unable-to act~and sha 11 also perform-such other duties as shall, from time to time, be - assigned to him by the Board of Directors or by the President. G. Secretary. Tfi a Secretary shall record~~the votes and keep the minutes of ail meetings of the ..Board of Directors and of the Association. He shall have, charge of the membership books, the-records of_ the Association except. those kept by .the Treasurer, and=such other books and papers as the Board of _ Directors may direct. He shall have charge of the Association_ seal. He shall give notices of meetings of the Board~of Directors -and the Association and such other notices required by the - - Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions And Easements, the Ar-ticles of Incorporation. or these By-Laws. He shall record. in the book kept for that purpose all the names of the members of the Association together with their addresses as registered by such member. The Assistant Secretary shall perform the duties of the Secretary when the Secretary is absent. - H.- Treasurer._ ~ - 1.
