He shall mail or present to each Dwelling Unit owner a statement
of the Owner's assessment. All assessments shall be payable

to the Treasurer of the Association and upon request, said - i;
Treasurer shall give a~ receipt for each payment made to him.

He shall perfbrm such other duties as may be prescribed by the
Board of Directors or President.
