Association. On that- day, and at the annual aeeting,- the
ballots shall be turned over to an election conwittee which. -
shall consist of five t5) aewbers appointed by the Board-of
Directors or be counted by the Secretary if the Board has not - -
appointed an election coewittee. -
The ¦ewbers of the Board of Directors elected or
appointed in accordance-with the procedures set forth in these
-6y-Lars shall be deemed elected or appointed as of .the date of
_the annual meeting of the Board-of Directors..
