C. Costs and Attorneys fees. In any proceeding
arising because of an alleged breach by a Daeiling Unit Owner,
the Association if it revails, shall be entitled to recover

Owner-, pursuant to. any terms,'provisions, covenants or condi- ~

tions of-the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions And Ea-sements,
Artficles of Incorporation or these By-Laws shall be deemed. to be
cumulative, and the exercise of any one or .more shall not be
deemed ~ to constitute an election of remedies Dior shall i t

such-other and additional rights, remedies or privileges as-
may be granted to such other party by the aforesaid documents .

AMENDMENTS
These By-Laws may be altered; amended, repealed or
added-to by the vote of the Board of Directors of .this Associa-
tian at any•rec~ular meeting of said Board, or at a special
meeting called for that purpose, provided a quorum of the

These By-Laws, and any_ amendments thzreto! and new By-Laws
added by the Directors, may be amended, altered or replaced by
the Members at any annual or special-meeting of the Association.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no amendment-affecting
the Developer shall be effective without Developer's written }
consent.
